Wijn op jullie bruiloft?

Jullie bruiloft is de mooiste dag van jullie leven. Daar hoort ook goede wijn bij. Fijne Wijnen zorgt graag voor een zorgvuldig geselecteerde selectie aan wijnen die passen bij de ceremonie, toost en het diner. De bezorging op locatie en het afstemmen met jullie trouwlocatie regelen we tot in de details. Zo proosten jullie op elkaar, met een goede wijn die dat moment nóg indrukwekkender maakt.

Wijn op jullie bruiloft kiezen

Het selecteren van goede wijnen voor de bruiloft kan een uitdaging zijn. Met name wanneer u geen ervaren kenner bent. Toch helpen een aantal vragen om de keuze voor u eenvoudiger te maken. Kijk bijvoorbeeld naar de momenten wanneer u wijn wilt schenken. 

Tips van Fijne Wijnen: Reken voor de toost op 1 fles mousserend per 6–8 gasten. Tijdens een borrel en/of diner werkt vaak 60/40 (wit/rood) in de lente en zomer, 50/50 in de herfst en winter. Voeg bij buitenrecepties een frisse rosé toe. Stem daarna af op het menu en de sfeer.

Fijne Wijnen verzorgt de wijn op jullie bruiloft

Wilt u het selecteren van de wijnen liever aan een professional over laten? Dan denken we met alle liefde mee om een wijnselectie samen te stellen die klopt bij ceremonie, toost en het diner. We sturen desgewenst een proefpakket of plannen een korte proeverij. Als de keuze gemaakt is, we over de aantallen, het glaswerk en de koeling op locatie. De rest kunt u volledig aan ons overlaten.

Glaswerk, koeling en logistiek op locatie

Ook over het glaswerk, de koeling en de logistiek hoeven jullie niet te denken. We zorgen voor een goede afweging van het aantal glazen ten opzichte van de flessen. Ook zorgen we voor de exacte temperaturen waarop de wijnen het beste tot hun recht komen. 

Logistiek gezien? Regelen we ook. Desgewenst schakelen we met de weddingplanner of de bruiloftslocatie, om het levermoment, de opbouw en de koelcapaciteit af te stemmen.
